Bradley Hall has been a principal investor, investment manager and advisor to over $22 billion of real estate transactions and investments including both public and private entities, and debt and equity interests. Brad serves as a Co-Founding Managing Principal and is located in Los Angeles. he will assist in day-to-day operations and management and is a member of the investment committee.
Bradley’s background includes roles as a senior partner at Ernst & Young, LLP residing on the executive management team responsible for the firm’s U.S. real estate and hospitality advisory practice. At Ernst & Young, he advised boards and executives of private equity funds, public and private companies, as well as, institutional investors on real estate investment, strategy, capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, and management organization and operations. He also previously served as the Co-Founder and Co-Chief Investment Officer for Alvarez & Marsal Capital Real Estate, LLC, a real estate private equity firm where he was responsible for investment strategy, capital markets, investments, and asset management.
Bradley began his career at Kenneth Leventhal & Co. He is a graduate of University of Illinois’ College of Commerce and Kellogg’s Executive Program at Northwestern University for Ernst & Young and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). He serves on the Real Estate Advisory Board for Santa Clara University and has been a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF) and other industry organizations.

Jeff Hanson currently serves as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of American Healthcare REIT (NYSE: AHR), a diversified healthcare REIT that owns a portfolio of medical office buildings, skilled nursing facilities and senior housing communities totaling approximately $4.5 billion across 34 states and the United Kingdom. Jeff is located in Dallas and is a Co-Founding Managing Principal. He is responsible for day to day operations and management and is a member of the investment committee.
American Healthcare REIT was recently formed through a related/tri-party merger between Griffin-American Healthcare REIT III, Griffin-American Healthcare REIT IV, and the private sponsor company that built both REITS, American Healthcare Investors (“AHI”). The transaction was consummated in order to position the combined company for its recent IPO (February 2024). Prior to the merger, Hanson served as Chairman and CEO of both Griffin-American Healthcare REITs, and he was the founder of AHI along with his two business partners. At the time of the merger, AHI was the largest privately-held healthcare real estate investment firm globally, by AUM.
Previously, Jeff served as Chairman and CEO of AHI’s prior sponsored REIT, Griffin-American Healthcare REIT II, which built a portfolio of international healthcare real estate valued at approximately $3.0 billion between 2009 and 2014. This REIT was sold in 2014 to NorthStar Realty Finance (F/K/A NYSE: NRF), in a public M&A transaction valued at $4.0 billion.
Prior to founding AHI, Jeff served as one of five executive officers of Grubb & Ellis Company (F/K/A NYSE: GBE). In this role, he operated in a dual-capacity as CEO of the firm’s investment management subsidiary, Grubb & Ellis Equity Advisors, and as Chairman and CEO of Grubb & Ellis Healthcare REIT II (later renamed Griffin-American Healthcare REIT II). He led this 600-employee national investment management platform, comprised of public REITs, institutional joint ventures, separate accounts, and private syndications, from 2006 to the point at which AHI was founded in 2011 to absorb Grubb & Ellis’ healthcare REIT business. In this role, he oversaw an $8.0 billion national portfolio across 32 states comprised of: office, industrial, retail, multi-family and healthcare real estate.
Prior to assuming leadership of Grubb & Ellis’ investment management platform in 2006, Hanson served as an investment broker with Grubb & Ellis’ Institutional Investment Group. At the time of his transition from brokerage to the investment management platform, he was ranked among the top five brokers in the nation for the firm, all specialties.
Jeff earned a B.S. in business administration with a dual emphasis in corporate and real estate finance from the University of Southern California. He currently resides in Westlake, Texas (suburb of Dallas-Fort Worth) with his wife and four children.
John Caley

John Caley was previously a founding principal of Walnut Investors, a real estate investment advisory firm which he founded in 2011. Walnut Investors specialized in creating investment solutions for public and private commercial real estate investors on a global basis. While with Walnut, John was responsible for direct capital raises and establishing strategic joint ventures for $1.2 billion of capital.
Previously, he was the head of real estate for Probitas Partners, a global capital advisory firm where he ran the direct investment platform. John is located in Salt Lake City and is a Co-Founding Managing Principal. He is responsible for capital markets and acquisitions nationally.
John has been active in real estate investment management, acquisitions, platform operations, redevelopment, and capital markets activities for 32 years and has overseen the acquisition, asset management, redevelopment, financing, and sale of real properties with a combined value of approximately $8.8 billion.
John has core competency in the industrial property sector with direct acquisition/JV structuring volume of over 11 million square feet. He also has direct acquisition and disposition volume of ~$2 billion across all major product types. He has served in senior executive management capacities for more than 25 years for notable companies including Grubb & Ellis Equity Advisors, Capital Hall Partners, Transwestern, Rexford Industrial, and The KOLL Company. He has also directly advised and/or managed over $3.5 billion of investor equity. Caley is an ongoing member of the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE) and Pension Real Estate Association (PREA).
John earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona with an emphasis in Political Science and History. He currently lives in Park City, Utah with his wife and two dogs.
Shawn Ghotbi

Shawn Ghotbi was previously a founding principal of Stratton Road Realty, a real estate investment management firm he founded, along with its affiliated family office for which he served as CFO between 2017 to 2021. Stratton Road Realty specialized in investing in multiple sectors including commercial real estate, hospitality, and technology. Shawn is a Principal of the sponsor and is located in Orange County. He is responsible for portfolio management, acquisitions and asset management.
Shawn has been active in commercial real estate, acquisitions, development, financing, portfolio management, and platform operations for 24 years. Prior to Stratton Road Realty, he served as Managing Director and Principal of Ridgeview Capital, a real estate investment advisory firm that assisted clients with the acquisition, capitalization, asset management, and disposition of commercial real estate assets throughout the country totaling over $750 million.
Previously, He was a senior member of the Acquisitions and Structured Finance team at Grubb & Ellis Equity Advisors, where he was responsible for portfolio management and financing activities on the firm’s $8.0 billion portfolio.
Shawnhas also held positions with other reputable regional and national real estate companies, including Greenlaw Partners, Transwestern, and The Bascom Group.
Throughout his career, he has been directly responsible for the acquisition, reposition, disposition, management and financing of over $2.4 billion in U.S. real estate.
Shawn earned an MBA from the Marshall School of Business and a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the School of Policy, Planning, and Development, at the University of Southern California. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Cal State University Fullerton. He currently resides in Tustin, California with his wife and son.
Michael Bronska

Michael Bronska is an experienced real estate developer, construction manager, architect, and academic. As an architect,Bronska designed and managed corporate projects across the United States including projects for the Salt River Project, Avnet, Gannett Corporation (USA Today), University of Phoenix, and Phelps Dodge (Freeport McMoran). In addition to the corporate clients, Bronska designed and managed numerous business parks, commercial developments, industrial developments, master plan communities and single-family residences for institutional investors. Michael serves as Principal and is located in Phoenix. He is head of the Southwest region and responsible for development, redevelopment and investment opportunities.
Michael has been involved as an executive or principal in numerous real estate developments including several well-known business parks and master plan communities. Michael is also an adjunct professor at the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University teaching undergraduate and graduate programs in real estate finance and real estate development.

Christos Kuliopulos has over 20 years of real estate advisory and investment experience, including strategic development planning and implementation, capital and partnership structuring, equity raising, and real estate investment. Christos is currently a partner at Capital Hall Partners, a boutique real estate investment firm specializing in opportunistic investing across product sectors nationally. Christos serves as Principal and is Head of the East Coast, located in Boston. He is responsible for acquisitions, development/project management and asset management..
Prior to Capital Hall, Christos was a senior manager with Ernst & Young/EYKL in the Real Estate Advisors division where he managed multiple accounts of national industrial portfolios owned/managed by Copley Real Estate, AEW, and CALPERS. He has extensive experience in multiple product types from planned communities, resort developments, hi-rise buildings, TOD’s, industrial parks, single family home subdivisions, condominium communities, active adult, mill conversions, life sciences, healthcare and senior living. In total, he has been involved in over $5 billion in real estate development and acquisitions throughout the US, Canada, South America and the Caribbean.
Christos has a Masters Degree (Suffolk University) and Business Administration degree (UMASS, Amherst). He has been published and quoted in multiple local and national periodicals on real estate trends. He currently holds his Massachusetts broker license and completed all of the Member of Appraisal Institute courses.

James Martin has over 20 years of real estate experience with emphasis in financial analysis, due diligence and valuations. He has provided a variety of real estate advisory services for owners, operators, developers, private investors, REIT’s, and financial institutions. His assignments have included valuations, market and feasibility studies, acquisition due diligence, transaction advisory and asset dispositions. Prior to Capital Hall Partners James was a Senior Director with Kroll and Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s Transaction Real Estate Services Group. Jim is located in Boston and is responsible for portfolio management, acquisitions, underwriting and asset management.
James earned a Masters in Business Administration from Northeastern University, a Bachelors of Engineering from Dartmouth College and a Bachelors of Arts in Physics from Hobart College. He is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute and is a certified general real estate appraiser. In addition, James is an instructor in the Boston University Real Estate Certificate program where he is the lead instructor for RE175 Argus Cash Flow Modeling and Co-Instructor for RE142 Finance, Accounting and Taxation of Real Estate.
